Hello, We have problem when i try to access certain websites such as google from Direct Access client.

TMG log says: Denied Connection: A packet was dropped because it cannot be forwarded to its destination address since the systems routing table does not contain a route to that destination

Configuration:

DirectAccess Server, Optional settings: Force tunneling,  Use force tunneling, Resolve and route requests using UAG DA DNS64 and NAT64

Infrastructure Servers , DNS Suffixes - Fall back to local name res. If the name does not exist in DNS ort he DNS .. (recomended)

Do you have a Default Gateway defined on your UAG server's External NIC, and can it flow properly out to the internet?
